Customs, Duties, Charges and VAT

If you are ordering products, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws, customs rules or VAT. Whomever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs laws for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, other charges and VAT.

The person receiving the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they're aware that they'll need to cover this before you order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered.

You (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods.

If your order is stuck in customs, the recipient needs to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Swiss Perfection cannot do this on your behalf.

Payment is to be made in CHF. International credit card providers or banks (excluding Switzerland) will decide on the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge, which the cardholder will need to pay.

Unfortunately, we do not refund any VAT requests.

All payments must be made immediately over the Internet. Unless the server is unavailable, Website Users may, in order to validate the order, pay by Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amercian Express). Website users will enter their card number, the expiry date, the name of the cardholder and the 3-digit safety code on back of the card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

PP Produits Prestiges SA reserves the right to refuse all orders or deliveries if the limits stated in paragraph 1 above are exceeded, if there is an existing dispute with the Purchaser, if credit/debit card payment authorization is refused by the banking organisations, or in the event of total or partial failure to pay.
